  • Yes, I’m happy to travel to your preferred location! Travel within 50 miles roundtrip of Manhattan, KS or Osborne, KS is included in the session price. For locations beyond that, there is an additional travel fee.

  • According to the current IRS rate for 2025, the charge for mileage will be $0.70 per mile.

  • Photos will be delivered through Pixieset, an online gallery where you can view, download, and share the high-resolution images.

  • I accept cash, check, or payment through a Square invoice, which will be sent within 24 hours of your session.

  • I do not offer printing services. However, I recommend buying prints from mpix & mixbook. Printing images at Walmart & Walgreens results in low-quality products.

  • I understand that unforeseen circumstances happen, and I’m happy to accommodate a reschedule when needed. Your first reschedule is completely free. However, a second reschedule will incur a $25 fee, and any additional reschedules after that will be $50 each.

  • Absolutely! Feel free to bring any props or pets you’d like to include in your photos. Let me know ahead of time so I can plan for it!

  • Yes! As a thank-you to military families, Captured by B Photography offers a military discount on select sessions. Discounts apply to active duty, veterans, and military spouses with a valid military ID. Here’s the breakdown:

    • Mini Sessions & Standard Portrait Sessions: 20% off

    • Couples, Family, Maternity, and Senior Sessions: 15% off

    • Weddings & Large Packages: $100 off

    To apply the discount, just mention your military connection when booking. Thank you for your service!

  • You will have 6 months from the date your gallery is posted to download your images. A reminder will be sent the week of expiration to ensure you’ve saved everything you need. If you require additional time after receiving the reminder, just let me know—I’d be happy to extend it!

  • Upon receiving your gallery, you will have 48 hours to decide if there are any images you believe need additional edits. Once the 48 hours are up, your gallery is final!
